Introducing our brand new range of IP67 Silicone Neon Flex, at only 12 x 17mm and featuring a 90 CRI spot free high lumen output, this revolutionary neon flex can be recessed or surface mounted making it a complete, highly versatile systematic installation solution.

 

Also featuring resistance to saline solutions, acid & alkali, corrosive gases, fire and UV, this Neon Flex is a perfect lighting solution for both heavy duty and display lighting requirements. These features make this Neon Flex suitable for installations on yatchs, super yatchs, facade lighting, indoor and outdoor projects. 

 

Making use of a horizontal bend and top light emittance it can be easily moulded and shaped to your requirements and is a more up to date modern solution to PVC neon.

 

This 10 metre kit includes

 

A 10 metre reel of silicone neon flex with a 45cm DC 5.5 female connector power feed at each end, 1 set of end caps, 1 silicone glue tube, 2 solder-free power connectors and 30 PC mounting clips with screws. This Neon flex can be powered at both ends with the same driver at each end to avoid a voltage drop and reach it's full lighting capabilities over a 10 metre run.

 

Dimming Compatibility

  • Compatible with dimmers using standard control protocols including DMX, Dali, 0-10V, PWM.
  • Compatible with smarthome dimmers including those from Lutron, Loxone, Rayco, Control 4, Lightwave, Wizz, Casambi, Crestron.

When applied in an environment between the temperature of -20ºC and +45ºC , it can function to it’s full capabilities resisting both extreme cold and high heat levels.

 

Resistance to Corrosion

 

The silicone properties of this neon allow it to resist corrosion of normal salt, alkalis and acids. This means it can be used for environments such as beach locations, yachts, chemical plants, mines and laboratories.

 

Please Note:

 

IP Rating is based on our Maxi Top View Neon 12x17 Neon as it comes, out of the box. If cut, the IP Rating cannot be guaranteed unless the Neon has been resealed by Ultra LEDs.

 

IP67 rating is subject to correct installation and applies to the Neon Flex only. The driver and connection to the driver will need to be housed in a dry environment or enclosure if this is not suitable for outdoor use.

 

Pre attached DC Jack is not IP67 rated and will therefore need to be housed in a dry environment in order for IP rating to be applicable to the Neon Flex installation.

 

all products should be installed by a technically competent person in accordance with BS7671 and all other local regulations.
