A Christmas Glow Up - Mulberry Winter Window Display 

Designer fashion label Mulberry approached us with a brief of creating neon tubes for their Christmas window displays. In just six weeks, we developed over 600 neon LED tubes ready to be distributed across the globe.

Recently, renowned luxury brand Mulberry approached us to execute a large-scale project. The project entailed the installation of 600 LED neon tubes across Mulberry's global stores within a 6-week deadline. This case study outlines the challenges faced, strategies employed, and the remarkable results achieved.

Challenges that were faced was having a six-week timeline, the project required meticulous planning and execution to ensure timely completion and synchronisation supplying across multiple locations. Mulberry's stores are situated across different continents, each with unique architectural designs and challenges, ensuring consistency in lighting while accommodating these variations was another consideration needing to be mindful of. To compliment this, Mulberry's brand image hinges on luxury and aesthetics with the LED neon tubes needing to maintain consistent brightness, colour accuracy, and visual appeal throughout all locations.


Strategic Implementation:

We initiated the project with a comprehensive assessment of each store's architectural nuances, power requirements, and lighting preferences. This allowed for tailored solutions for each location prior to distribution. To address the diversity of store designs, we offered bespoke LED neon tubes lengths that could be adapted to fit each store's interior while preserving Mulberry's brand identity.

A stringent quality control process was implemented to ensure all LED neon tubes met the required specifications, delivering uniform brightness and colour consistency imploring that there be continuity between all the stores. This enables a customer to enter multiple Mulberry Stores and the lighting between the two being indistinguishable.

Outcome:

Despite the tight deadline of six weeks, we were able to complete the project within the stipulated 6-week timeframe, ensuring that all Mulberry stores were illuminated simultaneously. In having our high level of quality control quality for the LED neon tubes, we successful were able to maintain a uniformed lighting quality, whilst maintaining consistency across all Mulberry’s global locations. Aesthetically, the LED neon tubes added an engaging and elegance to the store, enhancing the overall visual appeal, attracting, and inviting customers attention.
